I went to Troy, NC this weekend to run in the Uwharrie National Park with some other FJ owners. It was a good turnout!

The first trail was like a logging trail. Pretty muddy and rutted out.

This was the first obstacle. A big rock you have to get on top of. This definitely seems more intimidating inside the truck.

About a mile later we got to the second obstacle:

Mixed in now was more mudholes, real tight trails, small rock gardens etc. Nothing too bad. The last tough part was a real steep rock bed to crawl over. These pics don't seem to do it justice...

It was a fun trip but I think it was harder than what I was ready for. Its a lot harder rock crawling with a manual transmission than I thought... I left a day early, I had enough and didn't want to tear up my truck lol

 whats up man! I'm thinking about having a run to Shoe Creek just south of Charlottesville, VA. Not sure where you are in relation to Tina (VDM) but I think it took her 2 hours to get here. Want to go? Dates/time are to be set yet.
