Official Protein Shake recipe thread.

    I've been using this for years. It is easy, healthy, inexpensive and tastes great.

    1 bananna
    1 cup vanilla yogurt (low fat)
    2 tablespoons PB (natural)
    1 or 2 scoops vanilla protein
    4 ice cubes.

    put in the blender and its done in 1 minute.

    you get some carbs, calcium, plenty of protein and some essential fat.

    let me know what you guys think..and please share some recipes.

  3. bananas taste fine by themselves. they weren't meant to be in protein shakes.

    Roughly ~600-700...so yea, that is a lot of calories.

    True, but they taste even better in a natty pb sandwich on wheat.

    PB and banana sandwich for the win :drool: :yum:

    3 scoops of protein
    20 oz of milk
    2 tbsp of natty PB
    2/3 cup of oats
    2 big spoons of cottage cheese


    blend....consume...get swole..

    banana in protein shake = thicker protein shake...it works well

    and as for me, my shake is usually milk, protein powder, flax seed oil, a banana, some mixed berries, and a packet of effer-c

    every morning for breakfast -

    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup mootopia skim
    1/4 cup mixed berries
    1/4 cup steel cut oats
    a banana
    1 tbsp flax seed oil
    2 tbsp flax seed meal (fiber)
    1 to 1.5 scoops ON Whey - Chocolate
    1 packet effervescent vitamin C/B-complex

    just ordered some Casein, gonna use half casein half whey from now on.

    post work-out, just ON Whey, mootopia skim, and flax seed meal.

    few of mine, I don't put much into them.

    2 shots espresso
    2 scoops chocolate isopure ionized whey
    milk

    2 scoops chocolate isopure
    1/2 oz sugar free raspberry torani syrup
    milk

    1 scoop vanilla isopure
    5mg taurine, 5mg creatine, 5mg l-argnine
    1/2 oz sugar free strawberry torani syrup
    water (or milk if I want more calories)
    (pre/post workout, and depending on time of day, I'll use a casein instead of the isopure if I'm going to bed afterwards :hs: )


    basically the same over and over

    i also drink a lot of RTD's :hs:

    3 bat wings
    2 droplets of virgin blood
    4 Frog toes

    Blend in big cauldron and consume

    1 cup Orange Juice
    1 scoop whey
    1 banana
    ~5 strawberries
    1 cup lactose free ice cream
    3 tbsp natty PB
    1/4 cup oats
    and some ice

    blend until fluffy and drink up 1168 delicious calories

    2 cups 1% milk (skim is nasty)
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 tbsp Udo's Choice Oil Blend (or flax or whatever)
    1 cup Oats
    1 whole banana

    Tastes like ass but that has all the nutrients you need to start the day.

    my bad, 350

    i had to estimate because i didnt see teh nutrition facts on their website and i was too lazy to go check.. but i just looked and it's 140 cals per 2 cookies.. 140 x 2.5 = 350
