    5'11"
    178@~10%
    Clean Bulking

    Goal: 210+ @6-7%. (not sure about this though, i'll see how i look once i reach 200 and go from there.)

    I'm not too knowledgeable about bf sorry. I just eat somewhat clean & high calories, workout and let my body do the rest

    18'' arms + 17.5'' calfs + BF ~7-8%

    dont give a fuck what my weight is but id probably have to be around 225-235

    was 177lbs at beginning of month
    approx 10-11% bf (maybe lower, certainly not higher)

    goal:
    7% by End of Aug. :big grin:

    Want to have a cup of coffee at this bf and then start bulking back up.

    5'10 and shrinking/ probably closer to 170lbs now/ pretty lean.

    Goal
    Back to 5'11/ 180-190lbs/ at least same level leanness I am now.

    Try to.... usually only give myself 4 months a year to do so though. But lately I think I look leaner at the heavier weights than I did before.. then again maybe not.

    how many calories and what quality would you have to take in to get to 195 in say, a few months?

    To get to 184lbs I was at one point at 4000 calories though kept my carbs relatively low (150g). Weird thing was when I lowered my total calories to only about 3000-3200 with higher carbs (on Pur's suggestion) I was able to reach 185lbs. I prefer cutting and maintaining being lean so much more than trying to put on weight. Eating to bulk seemed almost like a full time job...which is quite repulsive to me.:mamoru:

    and im bulking

    short-term goals are just getting stronger and eating enough to grow

    I'm pretty happy with where I am. 5'6", 173 pounds. I'd like to stay at about this weight but start losing some bodyfat. I don't know what my bf% is. I just finished bulking since Jan (went from 150 to 173).

    see i have to eat more when im cutting in order not to lose my muscle mass. every two seconds i have something on my mind "did i take my multis, should i have another tblsp of olive oil, shit im hungry, let me have a shake with natural pb."

    as opposed to when im bulking, i am always full, and know im getting enough calories/nutrients in just from whole foods and i dont worry about it 24/7 like i do when im cutting.
