I weigh about 192 right now, give or take. Next year my goal is to keep bulking til about 250 and then cut and see where I'm at. Surprisingly I'm not gaining as much fat as I thought I would on my first bulk. I'm planning on kicking my ass at the gym all year. Need more chest too, thats one of my weaknesses.

Stopped having to use dumbbells that made me feel like a little bitch :hs:

What are you looking like now?

When I did it last week it really wasn't that bad, I might have been able to put up 190 :noes:

I've noticed a huge increase in bench press stength since I've been doing more incline work.

Well basically my form was shit in the beginning and I was being a pussy. I probably could have pulled more but that's the original number I started with. All I'm doing is eating tons, lifting hard as fuck, and sleeping like 10 hours a night.

as soon as i get my compy & intarweb connect back in order at home i'll put some pics up. But i'm feelin much more solid, thick, & yet still lean.

i'm takin a very slow road to gains since i'm not willing to let the fat get out of hand. i'll bulk up to 8lbs at a time & then i proceed to cut back up to 6lbs or until im not seeing any more stregth progress.

i'm comfortable being a strong twig. :wiggle:

    Great thread.

I hit all my smaller goals this year. I didn't have any 'major' objective I wanted to accomplish with those smaller goals, but they all contribuited to some great gains and differences.

    smaller goals accomplished:
    -more definition in hamstrings
    -outter sweep of quads
    -grip work - strength improvements

those ar ea few that stand out

very nicely done. It takes extreme amounts of dedication, not only to sustain a diet and achieve your goal, but to want to jump into gaining muscle on your new body. You found the mental strength needed to stay away from the gym and obtain the first goal you set out to get.

    bravo!

for 2006. I am tied up with the film most of the year so we'll see how the training goes. If all goes as planned I'll be attempting another show in April...but if not 90% sure the October show will happen.

Both are National and pro qualifiers.
