truck *looks* good... but a body lift + blocks != offroad.

If you seen the places i've taken it with a body lift and blocks than you would understand. The vehicle is important don't get me wrong, but the driver is critical. Plus they only make 2 susp. lifts and neither work on my year truck. I plan on doin a soild axle swap within a few years.

According to Rancho and Tuff Country neither lift will fit. The Tuff Country 5.5" lift only fits 97-99 Dakotas, and the Rancho 3" fits up 2002.

Actually it's not that loud. Only when i nail it. Anyways my 2 closet neighbors own much louder vehicles. One has a Mud Buggy with a blown 502 and nitrous. And the other has 2 harleys and a ol-skool Camaro that is loud as shit.

hows the power with the straight pipes? N/A I would assume it would hurt your performance.

Actually the exact opposite. I think the factory muffler really dogged the performance. Feels like a whole new truck once i cut it off and got the spark plugs.
