Anyone have one of these charts?

We have one at the gym but i'd like one in the basement.

Its a chart that tells you what your max bench is depending on how many reps you can do on a particular weight.

I have such a chart. It's too big to copy down though and I don't have a scanner.

You'll only find out by doing it. Those charts are completely off.

    Your crazy.

They are pretty acurate. not 100% cause thats crazy. But i'd say they are 85-90% accurate

    don't blink.

indeed. it really depends how you train. all i do for bench are 3 or 1 rep sets. but according to what it says, i should only be able to 1rm like 10lbs more than my 3rm. which is wayyyyyyyy off.

I guess it depends on the person.

When i rep out 10 reps of 170~, and it says my max is 225, when i go for that 225, i push until i get it.

    It really keeps me motivated.

They're a little upward biased for me... according to the calcs, my 1rm is 220 or 225 on the bench, but im more like 200

It's fairly right on, especially for the bench press one.
