odd software request

    I am searching for MS-DOS 6.0 and Windows 3.1x

    Any ideas where I can get these?????????

    Eek! I used to have some on floppy diskette.

    You may have to go the route of linux or BSD. That way you will have at least a modern browser and such... and they both are offered on floppys, magnetic tape, etc...

    I want an old DOS machine again.

    play my old DOS games like Doom, and Master of Orion, etc...

    You can probably find DOS boot disks online (actually, I know you can). Just google for DOS Bootdisk Images. Dunno about 3.1 though.

    Have you tried http://dosbox.sf.net/? If you really want to install DOS again, IM me, and I can send it to you.

    will DOS support dual processors??

    It will run but it will only use one processor. Since it doesn't support multi-processing (standard MS DOS that is) it really doesn't matter anyway.
