Most of the time when I do an arms workout (bi's, tri's.. the normal) I get an odd feeling in my arms lately.

For instance, I worked out about an hour ago. Right now my arms feel almost "numb" with a little bit of tingling and a tad warmer than the rest of me. It goes away after a few hours but it never happened in my younger years. (30 now) Just wondering if anyone else experiences anything similar?

I thought this wasnt the smart-ass forum. :p

I understand my muscles are tired. I've been working out off and on since high school. I was just wondering what this "new" sensation was.

Maybe you weren't working out properly before...
Maybe you're just an old man now :p

noobs get flamed for asking seemingly stupid questions or when the regulars are in jockular moods.

Unless it hurts I wouldnt worry about it.

Funny, that happens to me too. I could swear that since I started working out my left arm likes to "fall asleep" at the weirdest times :hs:

That might indicate some circulatory issues.

Otherwise, people who workout "on and off" tend to think they can go right back to where they left off. Doesn't work that way. If you push yourself too hard the first few days, you're going to pay for it.

My dad had a problem when curling where his forearm would hurt and then start tingling to the point where he couldn't work out any more. I think it started out like this. I think he had tendonitis in his elbow along with some sort of circulatory problem... I dunno how the doctor helped him though

EDIT: My dad is more broly than i am :wtc:
