Only ones of this list I care about.

I haven't played the first one before, but this game looks downright beautiful.

Only one I really care about, with a slight, "maybe" for Assassin's Creed 2. Played the original AC, found it very repetitive.

AC 2 is supposed to fix most of the problems that were in the first one. The devs said that they got rid of the whole, go to guild, track down informants, assassinate scheme to every mark.:coold:

I don't get the repetitive thing just about every game is repetitive AC was awesome and I'm sure the second will be even better.

The problem I have with AC is that it goes like this:

    - Go kill this guy. Oh wait, your not a badass anymore? Okies, do the footwork like us wannabe assassins normally do and scout out your target.

    - Did that scouting job? Ok, now go help out random people so they like you.

    - Done being a good samaritan? Ok, now you can kill this guy. Oh, and try not to get raped by every guard in the city afterwards.

I'd have understood if it was like this for the beginning few kills, but not for the entire damn game.

And yes, most games are repetative, but its the slight tweaks they did with the gameplay that keeps us interested. Hell, look at the Ghostbusters game; all you do is go from place to place and kick some ass with a fusion reactor strapped to your back. How did they keep in interesting? Getting you new gear along the way and a sense of actual progression, both gameplay-wise and story-wise.

In AC the story is basically, "You done pussyhurt someone important. Go redeem yourself." You know Altair is a badass from the moment you pick up the controller. And the whole "real world" crap is just something to try and break up the monotony. Now if AC2 lets you play in the real world as an assassin while he learns from his ancestor's history on how he became an assassin, that would be interesting.

Every game can be repetitive but AC was just too much so. Every time you had to do something new it was the EXACT same as the last.

Whether you were killing someone in Jerusalem or Acre, it was the same. Get in the city, go to the assassin's guild, check in, do eavesdrop/pickpocket/interrogate, go kill. There was virtually no variation from that formula. The game is what, 10 hours or so? The best parts of the game were probably added up to about one hour and those were the actual kills. While I found the game to be fun, it seemed very bare bones around that formula. Nothing was different each time.

Ass creed was REALLY repetitive thought since EVERY city was the exact same.

Was BS 1 really worth a go?

I played red dead revolver and it was OK. Nothing to bat an eye about to me though.

ME 1 was worth it? Rallly? I heard so many mixed reviews I've been weary on giving it a shot.
