How are you in the fitness/bb industry and not know who DC/Dante is?
DC is a bodybuilder guy (but not even, he doesn't compete does he?). I bet a large portion of actual bodybuilders don't know who that is either. He's internet famous. Lots of bodybuilders don't know how to login to yahoo.

Changes since I started lifting:
- stopped stuffing my face with protein and eating real food
- stopped worrking about which supplement to buy
- focused on eating realtively cleanly throughout the day
- my routine is what I feel like doing on a particular day.
cause thats who wrote it i cant take credit for his stuff
