what have you guys found to be the best ay to get your obliques more defined and cut?
depends on how cut you want, I do think the cutco knives work the best though
i do side crunces..
stand against the wall sideways and lift your leg while its at an angle sorta like a peeing dog and bring your bent arm down to your knee..
Definitely a hard one for me. I still have love handles.
[FONT="]abs/oblique work doesn't matter unless ur working them out for core related reasons but for aesthetics, u really need a low bf to see the difference
just do a lot of cardio in conjunction with your total body workout
For working your obliques? Saxon Side Bends. Hold two (light) DBs overhead and bend as far as you can to each side.
For getting them "cut," that's diet and cardio, man.
weighted decline twists and cable side bends for growth, throw in a good diet and cardio for leaness. standard stuff.
