I used to eat the individually packets of sugar filled flavored oatmeal. I've been trying to clean up my diet and get serious about cutting weight so I've gotten rid of them and picked up a tub of 100% natural oats. What can I do to make this stuff taste better? It will really help me to keep on this stuff if I don't have to force it down my throat. Right now I'm just eating 1 cup of them with water, nothing added. The rest of my breakfast routine is my protein shake and a banana when I wake up at about 7:30am then my oatmeal at 9:00am.
