    The pic is not of me, its my next goal.

    I've done fine in the fitness department, I've reached 200lbs below 8% bodyfat, which is I guess above average, etc etc, but it's not close to where I want to be, I've always stayed lean, and made sure my body was in great shape year round, it's worked thus far for to get the reactions/look i wanted but im over and need to take it to the next level.

    this is 100% serious, so whoever takes me as a joke, whatever. you all know my body, everyone knows me on this forum, so now you guys will see my next phase and goal of the future, i want my body at this level, and will do anything to get to it:

    I'm assuming most of you will suggest eating in upwards of 5,000 cals and reaching 240ish-250ish then shredding down, I guess this is what I'll do, im currently on test prop/enanthate, over a little over 1,000mgs of test total per week, and am contemplating IGF-1 next to reach my goal.

    1000g's is a start - but you'll need more like 3-4g's w/ lots of d-bol. GH is a possibility.

    Don't forget the drol, deca, tren, EQ, massive amounts of GH and IGF-1, aaand you'll have to stay on year round.

    most powerlifters will be on 2-3g's a week w/ var for meet prep and thats a strength basis.


    Ask pur about the absurdity of gear that is used. The two non-national level BBers I know verified the info. One of my buddies was on 400mgs a week getting ready for a show, he didnt place and asked the dude who won his class how much test he was on and the answer was 4g's + a cocktail of other goodies

    As for what you're trying to achieve; I'll be the last one to discourage anyone from their goals. However, you don't have the genetics and most importantly the work ethic. I know your type and don't try and kid yourself or anyone else on this board; you work out just for the beach with no real ambitions of training for anything remotely serious.

    Thanks bud, I will just miss the definition/lean-ness, even though it's nowhere near yours at the moment, i just feel like ive been at this weight/general size in every muscle group for a couple years now, it sucks staying shredded im sure you know :o
