    whats an example of a dynamic stretch compared to a static stretch?

    what about static stretching after you've gotten a good warm-up?

    i always do leg swings at the gym and jmezz always says i look like a fag and to do them at home. :ugh:

    I do dynamic stuff before every workout. I haven't static stretched in years. So much better. :o

    I like doing dynamic stretches on off days or a couple of hours before a workout.
