I was at Wal-Mart this morning and noticed they finally got Meguiar's NXT 2.0 in. I've heard a lot of good thing about this from it's beta testers. Most of you know that I loved the original NXT and it's look. I got 4-6 weeks durability out of it and in some case even more when polished and prepped. This new formula boasts that it lasts longer, looks better, and beads like crazy. So, I broke out the Cyclo and polished out my truck with IP just to remove the PwS that I put on it about 3 weeks ago. I then took the white Edge Cyclo pads and NXT'd the truck. Boy, I forgot how good this stuff smells! It went on thin and even. It virtually vanished as I was using it. I did the whole truck then came back and wiped it off. Came off easy and there was no streaking like the original version did every once and a while. I then went to work and did an Escalade which took me about 2.5 hours. I then gave my truck another coating. Holy smokes! Well here's the pics.

    Wheels got a coating too.....

I bet they will. Luckily I have some co-workers that live in the same town as the WM is located. Its just a matter of making a phone call. Hopefully no explaining though. They already think i'm nuts to begin with. Thanks for the idea.

Wait till you see how long the slickness lasts, massive improvement of the original version. :)

The Z boys are going to have a problem ripping this version. :mamoru:

Shouldn't NXT last longer than 4-6 weeks? I've got a layer of NXT 1 on my car now and like it allot.

It does. I got 3 months out ver.1 on my wife's van. This is with NXT wash too. I think a lot people will try to find something wrong with an over the counter product that costs less than 20.00 and WORKS!

Scott anyway you can send me one? :x::x::x: You can use my Fed Ex Account!

If I can get away from mixing ZFX (even though its going away soon) for client cars I would love it. I liked the look of the original NXT but it was no where near the bullshit hype DB claimed it was and it didnt last long. Obviously DB was shilling there.

Oh you totally know that they will.

Funny story about that. I have a client that I used the NXT on and when I showed him the bottle he acted like I wasnt a pro for using something besides something he could get a Malwart. So the next time I went over I transfered it into a Zaino mixing bottle. He loved it. The end of the season (I did his car every two months) I told him I had some new stuff that he would like better (JWs Trigger) and he said, "no way, I want that stuff you had in the little bottle:."

    Gotta love it man.

As soon as I can get some. They have it at the Houston Walmarts (according to the list on meguiarsonline) but not in Dallas. All I have left is maybe an ounce of the sample I got. :sad2:

I just bought the Ultimate NXT kit from Walmart. I've got 78 degrees as a high today and a half day of work so I am going to polish up (106ff) the Cobra and try out the NXT 2.0 today. I'll try to get some pictures up soon.
