    Hey my first f&n log!

    Well there isnt much to my fitness background, I stumbled upon f&n awhile ago and that got me into lifting.

    current stats:
    Age: 16
    Height: 5'7'' (around there)
    Weight: 170-178 flunctuantes
    1rms: will try and get them sometime, haven't done them in a while.
    Routine: Pretty much running Pur's BB routine right now. (thanks for the help man)

    My home gym when I dont make it to the actual gym.

    Deadlifts:
    205x8
    255x8
    275x8
    285x8
    255x10


    DB-Row:
    65x10
    70x10
    80x12

    Single side barbell row thing:
    2 plates x10
    2 plates x10
    2 plates + 25 plate x10


    Front pulldown:
    2 sets x 8 reps


    Behind the neck pulldown:
    1 set x8 reps
    1 set x10 reps

    (I dont know the actual weights for the pulldowns).

    LEGS: strength wasn't feeling that good today but no excuses.

    Didnt have alot of time so I just did some squats. All my squats are ATG.

    ATG Squat:
    225x10
    250x11
    250x5
    260x6
    280x3
    300x fail (I promise im getting this one next time!!!)

    Anyone wanna reccomend a rep scheme to get up to 300? :bigthumb:

    Deads have gone up too, will post next back workout.

    Well this whole week ive been trying to find my "reletive" maxes so.
    Did some deads today.

    135x5
    225x6
    275x4
    315x3
    345x2
    405x0 (got it up halfway)
    405x0 (3/4 up)
    315x3
    225x7

    Pretty pissed i didnt get the 4 plates, will reattempt in 4-5 weeks. fuck
