Nutritional value, does it change once its cooked?

    Like for chicken...i put in the shit it said on the packaging since i couldnt the appropriate one on fitday. I grill it on my foreman grill. I know it doesnt account for the marinade but I dont put much of that shit so i dont think it really makes a difference.

    So, does the nutr. value change significantly once i grill it??? Or would the shit on the packaging give me a good enough estimate?

    The cooking process won't alter it, but the george foreman grill presses down on the food and squeezes the fat out into a tray, right? That will be removing some fat and thus some of the calories.

    I wouldn't worry about it too much though

    Yeah i did, but rather than worrying about losing 5g of fat from a chicken breast (which equals 45 kcal) - just eat something extra instead!
