Nutrition Totals for the day - tell me what you think

    Calories: 4040
    Protein: 223g
    Carbs: 498g
    Fat: 119g

    Fat is my only concern, but if the average person gets around 65g's per day on a 2000 calorie diet that's still rougly below.
