I was wondering if anyone has ever purchased one of the NuSheidl Anti-glare films. My 17" MBP has a glossy screen, and I'd like to get a matte film for it. It's only $20, so it's not too expensive, but was wondering if anyone else has had them before.

Some people have said that they go on with no bubbles at all, but they are kinda shiny

I'd use one if it used static to stick like the crystal shields. Forget trying to use the adhesive ones.

a little off topic, but I've got the power support anti-glare film on my iPhone, and they make them for the macbooks too. Mine went on with no bubbles (altho it is a much smaller screen) and stays very clean, even for a touchscreen device.

I wish there was a product like this for flatscreen tvs, the glare from my window onto my flatscreen drives me crazy in the afternoon. (I don't have windowshades because I live on the water and don't want to hide the view)

yeah i did, but in the end i figured anti glare screens are great for smalls screens like the iphone, but on a bigger screen it just looked overly washed out. Colors are more vivid without it on so I decided to just take it off. It went on perfectly though. No bubbles, but just dull looking.
