Is it possible for girls to breast feed after having their nipples pierced? I mean after they remove them and assuming the holes heal.

every person is differnt. if she scarred a duct she may have reduced flow, but milk for most women doesn't JUST flow through on little hole, there are several little holes in the areola....
then some people have said it actually hellped due to previously inverted nipples were popped forward and fixed by piercing them and it made feedign easier...

hmm I had always thought that if you got your nips peirced you could never breast feed. That's what the peircing guy told my friend when she went in... guess he didn't really know what he was talking about

This depends directly on how the surgery is performed.
So, in other words, PE is exactly right and your wife would need to talk to her surgeon about it. On the other hand, I am sure there are surgeons out there that might tell a potential client something that might not be true to convince them to have a procedure, but I'm sure that's kind of rare. With any implant surgery, there is probably some chance that the client will not be able to breast feed afterward, but with some procedures it is almost guaranteed that they will NOT be able to breast feed.

On the original question about nipple piercings: Most women are able to successfully breastfeed after removing thier nipple piercing. While the piercing will result in some scarring, the nipple/areola is usually able to compensate for the loss in flow due to scar tissue.
