I just bought some Opti-Seal for the first time evar. I'M EXCITED! but I love my S100 too. Could I apply it over the Opti-Seal when I want some extra shine or would it not work as well because the paint is already "sealed up?"

really? won't that make the opti- not last as long? or will it seal in the nuba and last long like normal?

You can use Opti-Seal over or under carnauba.

If I were to, say, apply S100 then top it with Opti-Seal, would that "seal" in the S100 gloss without hurting the durability of the Opti-Seal? I always thought that sealants needed to bond directly to the paint

OS over a carnauba will add wetness to the finish and should add durability. Not sure on the chemistry of all this, optimum has a forum, you might be able to find the answer there.
