Nub Progress Pics

    I know I'm a total lurker but I've learned a lot from this board and wanted to show how I'm doing so far in becoming less of a skinny bastard.

    So this was early September this year. 20yo 6 ft 153 lb - I look like a friggin skeleton (and seriously need a tan). Heaviest I've ever been is 164 a few years back while doing gymnastics; lost a lot from knee surgery and not working out anymore. Told myself I would start using the uni gym this quarter and stuck to it. Goofed around for the first month or so cluelessly, but the rest of the time I sorta had a decent diet/workout plan and have been doing Pur's for the past month. I really have no chest here (and still need serious work on mine, but at least it's better) - my gf made fun of me for having little boy tits. :wtc:

    The rest of these pics are 170 from today. 17lbs and not very much fat, which makes me happy. I'm still a lot skinnier than I want to be, especially from the front, but I think i'm moving in the right direction?

    But srsly you have excellent progress for a few months, keep up the lean muscle gain :bigthumb:

    good trap gains.

    looks like you need to hit your delts and lats.

    you have good shape and will probably fill out nicely.

    thanks for the encouragement!

    i take in about 3500 cals/day without really feeling stuffed - i could eat more but shit gets expensive.

    i might start doing that when gains slow down? how quickly do the noob gains stop for most people

    Looking much better.. keep it up.

    Legs kinda suck - you definitely want to work on those.. that will add a lot more weight to your body too. I know the upper body might attract all the chicks, but don't neglect your legs!

    You should be able to milk the gains for at least a year or two at your age.
    Find more food.
