type in your zip code with the 4-digit extension at the bottom of the page, and they give you their recommendations.

    :wiggle:

for more detailed info on candidates stances, including gun rights, go to www.vote-smart.org , type in your candidates last name in the search, and once you find the candidate, click the Issue Positions (NPAT) link in the right column.

I honestly never pay attention to politics. Gun control is a huge issue for me, so I'll probably go with that (Sorry, Soy ). I don't have time to do a ton of research on everyone, so I go with the most important thing to me.

I still love how our Comissioner of Agriculture is Charlie Bronson, there's no way they can't re-elect him.

Why only link to the websites of the people they like?

    For Pennsylvania
    Rick Santorum gets an A+
    Bob Casey gets an A

    They recommend Santorum

Why not link to both candidates sites?

Too bad I just don't like Santorum for a whole slew of other reasons. Be careful to not make this a one issue race please. :)

It isn't necessarily about being a one issue race, it is, like everything in politics, a compromise. There are certain polarizing issues for each party, and from those issues, the priority a voter assigns the remaining issues is distributed. For me, I consider firearms issues the defining factor of how I am viewed by my representatives. If he views me as too incompetent to own and carry a firearm, there are a whole host of other issues that that viewpoint affects. If he views me as a responsible citizen to be left alone, that also dictates his viewpoints in other areas, more often than not. So firearms issues are incredibly important to me, but don't consider me a single issue voter because of it.
