I've seen a pink and gold Buckmark...

I'm glad MA might be loosening their restrictions on handguns. It's rediculous, I can get a Sig 226, but not an HK USP. Hopefully "any firearm solely designed and sold specifically for formal target shooting competition" will include IPSC/IDPA guns.

If they manage to pass the semi-auto/50 cal ban it will officially be worse than Kali. California has CCW (even if it's hard to get).

QFT plus we might not get to grandfather in our existing weapons, and even if we win this one, we'll just face it again. Thats plus potential state licensing for FFL's makes me want to just move even more.

yep, the bill as written gives 90 days to turn in, dispose of, or move out of state any banned weapon or magazine.

I'm never going back to Illinios :ugh:. The fact that the state even entertains bullshit like that is enough to keep me away forever.

I like my home here, but if that shit passes I'm moving to Missouri. If I didn't like my job so much I'd move back home (north Florida). Most of Illinois would not support this crap, but for some bizarre reason Chicago and the surrounding areas do and unfortunately that's where most of the population, money, and therefore political power is. Growing up in the south the whole idea of it seems so insane, I just can't believe people here find it acceptable.

:werd: I grew up in a little town just west of the Iowa border. Most of the people in that part of the state don't even pay attention to the gun laws. They just do what they want and the local law enforcement don't give a shit as long as you don't do anything retarded.

Kalifornia at least lets you keep what you had before any bans were imposed, right?
