    Monday

    ARMS

    Biceps
    -BB curl alternated with DB curl
    -BB Preacher curl alternated with DB preacher curl
    -Reverse curl alternated with Hammer Preacher curl

    Triceps
    -Close Grip Bench
    -Dips
    -Overhead Extensions alternated with Cable Pushdowns

    Tuesday

    LEGS

    -Leg Press
    -Squats
    -SLDL
    -Walking DB Lunges

    -Seated Calf Raise
    -Hack Machine Calf Raise


    Wednesday

    CHEST+ABS
    -A bit complicated but its been working for me
    -Week 1 - BB 5x5
    -Week 2 - DB 10 - 8 - 8 - 6
    -Week 3 - DB 5x5
    -Week 4 - BB 10 - 8 - 8 - 6
    -Incline DB bench 5x5 alternated with 10 - 8 - 8 - 6
    -DB Flat Flies
    -Pec Deck alternated with Cable Flies

    -Hanging Leg Raises with DB
    -Weighted Ab Cruch Machine (overhead grip)

    Friday

    BACK
    -Deadlifts alternated with Good Mornings
    -Wide-Grip Pullups
    -DB Rows
    -Wide Grip Lat Pulldown alternated with Seated Row
    -Cross Cable Laterals (For Rotator Cuff)

    Saturday

    SHOULDERS
    -Seated DB Press
    -Side Lat Raise
    -Upright Rows
    -DB Shrugs
    -Lying Rotator Cuff Exercises
    -Cuban Presses
    -Hanging Leg raise alternated with Weighted Crunches

    Will finish this section later

    Diet

    Breakfast

    6 Jumbo Eggs
    1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
    Glass of OJ
    4 Strips Bacon

    Snack

    Vanilla Coke :hs:
    Half package of instant mashed potatoes
    1.3lb Tbone steak with A1 Sauce (probably ate 3/5 of it)

    Small Joyride Protein Bar

    Snack

    Bag of Beef Jerky

    Snack

    Met-RX Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bar

    Dinner

    Rest of Instant Mashed Potatoes
    Half of Boston Market Chicken

    pretend fitday is a video game and try to get a lot of points everyday :coold:


    At the current rate I'm going, i'll hit 300lb in just a few hundred
    more months :x:

    I shoveled two driveways this morning..on an empty stomach

    Had a mediocre arm day

    No new PR's but im getting close to trying 185 on my last set of closegrip bench

    well bitches i took 2 1/2 months off but I hope to be back on the wagon..only got down to ~155 :)

    alright so after "4 months off" im back on the wagon

    lifts have suffered but im tryin, hopefully it will take me a month to get back to where i was :hs:
