Started going to the gym at the beginning of november 2007, took summer 2008 off cause of an elbow injury, been going strong since then. Mind you, this is with no diet changes.

    Here's november 2007 @ 170lbs

what the fuck, i didn't realize we had so many oklahomans sneaking around here.

I loved the colvin, especially after it was remodeled And i lived on duck st. about 3 blocks down from Garth Brooks old house, and 2 blocks from cowboy corner gas station on the other side.

What years were you guys @ Osu?

    2002-2006 for me.

I was one of the long-haired twins who always played ball and lifted weights.
If you hit up the colvin, i'm sure i had to see you there, i went nearly everyday.

    I'm just over 6' tall.

My back is pretty defined but because of my light skin tone it doesn't show up in pictures very well. I'll try to get a good one though.

I understand what you're saying completely and I agree with it on some levels. Sometimes I feel like the gains that I make are slowed for whatever reason. But I'm not in a huge rush to be some jacked to hell guy who's life is in the gym. I spent the first year on a high rep intensive routine which didn't allow for quick gains. On the flip side of that I was solid and not soft.
The problem with my diet is that I'm not a food person, nor do I go out searching for new routines because everyone has a different idea of what works. The guy I work out with came up with our workout plan and I am happy with it and I'm happy with the gains that I've made. As far as food goes, I've never been to a nutritionist who is trained to look at my body and evaluate my metabolism to come up with something useful. I just started a pretty straightforward cutting diet so I'm curious as to what will come up in the next few weeks.
When I started the only definition I had was from being skinny, but my muscle mass was next to nothing.

I'm not sure how someone can gain 28lbs with "no diet changes"

    Looking much better.

Most notable improvements are in your shoulders, arms, and traps.

I suggest you start doing double-time on your back though. It's lacking compared to your shoulders.

muscle I guess. My waist size has gone down an inch from when I started working out, so it can't be much fat (I guess). Was a 32", now a 31"

No i mean you'd have to increase your caloric intake in order to gain weight therefore there were diet changes. I know what you mean though... didn't really change the type of foods you're eating just the portions?
