    Simple question

Do you guys take notes after class at all?

I find it very helpful to. If you don't I would definately recomend writing down what you learned and how you think you can improve. It helps out a great deal.

Yeah I write down everything so that I can remember. I started doing that about a month ago and found that it helps a whole lot.

when I train at my club, no. But earlier this summer when I was training downtown at the ground control academy I wrote down everything I learned in a notebook after class.

unfortunately i dont think i'd understand what i wrote after i wrote it :hs:

its hard to describe jiu jitsu techniques in words..

i just rely on a huge collection of videos to refresh my memory on certain techniques
