I bring my laptop to class to take notes. And when the class is really boring, I can surf the internet and pretend like I'm taking notes.

Do you ever think that the noise from hitting the keys annoys any of the students/teachers :dunno:

I use it for notes in class. Its pretty sweet though, alot of my profs will send out PDF copies of lecture notes and you can drag and drop them onto the page for easy reference. Its really useful.

One of my buddies who is a lawyer uses it alot too.... he has templates set up for trial books etc etc.

no, the background noise from the building and from the professor talking is enough to drown all the laptops. Especially the classes that you can actually use laptops in.

It indexes everything like an actual binder with tabs/indexes/etc. you can also drag and drop PDF files, Spreadsheet files, word files, etc. into the pages for easy reference.

in terms of taking notes i find it alot more organized then using a word processor

awesome, I may consider getting this. I'm just not sure how many classes I would actually use this in. I hate when I take my laptop to a class and then there are too many diagrams/charts/etc that I can not easily replicate on my laptop.
