Not the iPhone, but I picked up some iTunes.

I've been waiting a few months for this thing and it was finally released last week. I really like it so far. The phone/iPod funtionality is awesome. Such a cool idea. Now I just need to find a hack for the 100 song limit.

    V3i RAZR
    iTunes
    1.3 mpx camera
    512 MB mem card
    headphones

The itunes interface on the motorola phones are really slow. I bought an unlocked V3i a few months ago, and there's a bit of lag when navigating menus. I haven't tried updating the flash yet, but hopefully that'll fix it.

Every v3i should have a memory slot in it. It's in the battery compartment.

Last time I checked there wasn't a mod or hack for the 100 song limit. Look around sites like http://www.planetmotox.net/. If anyone finds one, pls post.

If you have verizon, then you have the V3m.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure. There are hacks for the other iTunes phones that removes the song cap so I'm hoping to find one for mine.

If you have the brand new Cingular released V3i. Not the old RAZR. One tell tale sign is that the logo glows blue on the outside of the phone and that you will have just picked up the phone this week or purchased unlocked on eBay earlier this year.

Yeah, the lag is still there. But the one thing that Cingular improved on this one is that the volume level is way better. One complaint before was that the ear volume was too low.

Yes. You have the V3m, not V3i. Similar phone in most respects.

My bluetooth works fine. I use iSync daily. What do mean by crippled?

The Red Bar OS sucks. But this is just a skin, isn't it?

The Bluetooth is crippled because it disables OBEX. You can sync calendar and contact events only. No pictures, videos or .mp3 files.

:werd: SonyEricsson ftw, only thing that could possibly be better is an iPhone, and even at that, I'm skeptical -- SE just figured it out, light years ahead of everyone else. If they had only cared about the north american market a little more, they'd probably be the dominant force in GSM phones right now :hs:

I'm guessing that Cingular didn't want to play with them, though, and T-Mobile's marketshare wasn't strong enough to their liking :dunno:

I've had a V3i since March. I love the phone and the improvements over the regular RAZR are nice. I probably ought to see if there is a newer firmware out there and load it.

BTW, Bo, I've never found a way around the 100 song limit on the V3i.
