I'm looking for some cheap shit to throw down range that won't hurt my glock. I Normally use winchester FMJ's picked up at wal-mart since it's close and easy. But it's starting to run about $22 for a 100 round box. I did some looking around and found some stuff I'm interested in but wanting some help from OT first.

    Gun; Glock G19

Here are some of the deals I found, but I've never heard of the brands so I'm just unsure about purchasing something I'm not familiar with.

    Wolf Ammo

    CCI Blazer

Can anybody recommend any cheap ammo to throw down range?
Are the links above good deals?
Give me some ammo websites if you think it will help.

    Thanks in advance.

Winchester White Box. Its just what is sounds like the winchester that comes in a white box not the fancy silver/gray box. Its plain jane winchester ball practice ammo.

Well I always buy winchester target ammo, but it's like $20 for 100 rounds at the few wal-marts around me.

It used to be cheaper, and the closest one to me stopped selling the 100 round box.

I'm heading out though in a minute and I'll see what I can find.

I had problems with the casing on the Wolf ammo across all my 9mm guns. Ranging from SW, Sig, Glock, Keltec. I stick to the WWB. If you can't find it call around to the local walmarts or ask if they can order it. Once you get finished with shipping online buys aren't too great. I finally gave up and started reloading.

Ammo will never again be cheap. I remember 9.98 for a 100 box of 9mm WWB. That was back in 2003...

My Glock (and M&P) have seen almost exclusively the WWB ammo. No problems. About 2K rounds combined.

I've shot wolf through my G26 and never had any problem other than it being kinda dirty.

    thanks for the info everybody.

I might see if I can find some CCI some where around here, to give it a shot.

I'm wanting to practice for my CCW license so the cheaper the ammo, the more practice

Those Blazers are a good deal, but the Wolfs are the same price you pay in the store.

I feel you. You may also want to check Dick's sporting Goods if you have one, they normally have decent priced 9mm Remington/UMC and they offer 500 round case discounts
