Not so broly crews help

    Alright, in Feb I weighed 268 pounds. today I weighed in at 218.

    Problem is, I've got a lot of loose skin around the stomach area.

    I lost weight mainly because I was really busy at work and dont normally eat lunch anymore. I know, worst way to do it, but it happened.

    What kind of excercises can I do to try and improve the appearance of my stomach area?

    Specifically, I want to try and work out that area and lose the gut and whats left of my love handles.

    well you can't necessarily spot train (ie. lose love handles) ... if you diet and 'L I F T W E I G H T S' you'll lose them bad boys... read the stickies... a lb of fat burns about 6 calories as a lb of muscle burns about 60 calories or some shit laaaaaate.

    run moderately and then lift weight, the loose skin should tighten up
