Timber, Tough questions to answer.. right now my diet is ZERO. so if i maintain 75% strict it will be a huge improvement. Im tryin get an exact diet. Ie (meal 1 5 eggs, 2 toast and xyz). I find if i have a dictated diet i keep to it much stricter.

BTW.. here is 505x5.. 1st rep was cut off because of video phone delay.
    GET ER DONE!
im still not 100% confident under 505. .so i have my spotter hang around ready to help.. according to him the first 3 or so reps are no help.. 4th is he just taps it past the sticking point. and 5th he has to give just a little help to keep it moving.

talk about a shitty weekend. My wife got a flu shot, and well. i started feeling not so hot on thursday.
sat i went to lift against my better judgement and WHAT A WASTE of time. I took off 315 and my whole body ached..

so.. no gym today.. im still having hot/cold chills

Started Pur's diet, its hard for me to eat this much. Breakfast ias 10-12Oz egg beaters, 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/4 cup almonds. I was able to choke down about 8 oz of egg and that was it. I had to wait 15-20 min before i could eat the rest.

oh well. i have to do it..
