    2002 6-speed maxima

Here's my car. It's a 2002 Nissan Maxima 6-speed with the VQ35DE. It's a pretty good car for what it is, but I can definitely think of many others that I would rather, budget permitting :naughty:

Right now it's all stock save for the suspension, but I plan on getting GReddy Emanage Ultimate and Headers in the future. Stock these cars run very low 14s so that's quick enough for me right now and I don't really have the money to mod it just yet. Anyway, on to the pictures!

  2. I like what Nissan offers with those cars. For a sedan that thing can fly. Nice.

Well they're not FAST but they can hold their own to most of the cars on the road, so I'm not complaining. It's a good car for 17k (bought used 2 years ago with 29k miles on it) and financially I couldn't ask for better because it hasn't given me any problems outside the warranty...

  4. Thats what I'm talking about though. It isn't fast but its enough to keep you interested in driving it. Its reliable and pretty comfortable. They don't look so bad either.

Nice car bro, no shame in it at all. Clean and stock and it's still all good.

Oh don't get me wrong, I definitely have no shame owning this car! I just would rather be driving many other cars that I can't afford right now, that's all :sadwavey:

I've always liked that model maxima except for the tail lights.
How is the shifter on that model. I drove a base model a few years back and it felt very long and "truck-like" to me.

The shifter is actually pretty short, but the clutch is insanely long. Whenever I drive my brother's mini I realize just how long it is, because my clutch just begins to engage where his is fully released...

Nice car. I have a black 03 with the 6 speed. I love it. Bought it with high miles last summer, but haven't regretted it a bit.
