Not getting any bigger :wtc:

    Been on Creatine for at least 2 weeks now. Been weightlifting on Chris's routine since March at least. Im actually losing weight. Today while at my physical therapy for my knee the physical therapist said Oh wow your looking alot leaner:wtc: . So I'm at 162.5 and eating alot but not gaining. Could I be loosing fat and gaining muscle so the weight actually balances? Or am I doing to much cardio?

    My schedule now is mon-fri go to the gym on Glens routine. Mon I ride the stationary bike for 20 min and friday for 10. Every tues and thur I mountain bike up these crazy hills. I also used to take a protein shake after every work out until I ran out of it a couple days ago.

    My eating habits I dont really monitor. Usually I eat like 2-3 breakfeast bars a day. Steak or BBQ some milk alot of water Yogurt maybe. My eating habits are really weird because I just find something i want to eat and eat it.

    Ok. I guess I need to load up the grill more! 2 hot dogs for lunch ain't enough i guess.

    try to count your calories to make sure your calories in > calories burnt

    Use www.fitday.com to track how much you eat.

    I guarantee you aren't eating as much as you think you are.

    stick to STRICT dietary habits. eat by the clock. control your intake. or else if your diet is as spontaneous as your urges, how can you accurately quantify your intake?

    Hot dogs have a lot less protein than other meats, and also are (obviously) worse for your overall health if you eat them regularly.


    Stick to turkey and the like.

    hes 165 lbs though, you dont think 3500+ would be too much?

    It varies. When I was 130lbs (LOL), I bulked on 3500kcal

    Now that im 170, i bulk on 4200kcal.

    No-one can work it out for you.. it's just trial and error and careful monitoring of your diet and weight.
