Not feeling soreness

    its like the 3rd week ive been working out and my body isnt getting sore anymore. i was wondering if this is normal. ive been pushing myself hard its not like im not training hard. i do my sets until failure and i try to keep it under 10 reps. did my body adapt to it or am i just not pushing hard enough?

    As long as you're getting stronger or bigger then you shouldn't worry about it
