Its not that I'm against cardio, I'm just generally swamped with a lot of things going on that im fairly cardio-averse. Can i still cut to decent levels without having to incorporate it? I know plenty on here will just associate cardio with fat loss as a golden rule, and while I acknowledge there IS some truth to it, I was under the impression it wasn't absolutely necessary. As a further note, i'm not concerned with the positive externalities of cardio (such as overall circulatory system health, lung capacity, etc). I'm purely asking in regards to body composition effects.
