I can't do deadlifts, cleans, etc. with the olympic bar at my gym because it's one of these "everyone is accepted" bullshit environments and they don't want to scare anybody with the sound of a heavy weight dropping. Or something. In any case, until I can get to a gym which allows this sort of shit, how badly am I screwing myself over by doing my current 5x5 routine 4 days per week without the addition of deads or cleans? Am I going to be in bad shape in terms of muscular development when I eventually do get access to a good gym and try to start doing these particular lifts?
