: Ohnoes : Next week (Sunday 12th to Sunday 19th) I won't be able to hit the gym at all, so I need some ideas for what I can do in place. I'll be by the beach (no, it's not a vacation, I wish though), so I can run along it. Also, it's around 2.5 miles from the nearest town, it'd be a nice jog. I was thinking of getting around 10 heavy boulders/stones and moving them from Point A to Point B. I'd imagine I'd exercise all my mucles somehow, having to squat down, heave them up and hold them while I run? Sit ups, push ups and dips are all obvious... any other ideas?
