I'll save you the trouble and recommend you stop using norton. Get AVG. Best part is that it's free.

Norton Internet Security sucks really badly. I hate it. It is very annoying. I don't use any antispyware or antivirus program. I am not stupid when using the computer. Some people are retarded and need these kind of programs (not insulting you guys). Occasionally I download Microsoft Defender and do a check or find some shareware of an Antivirus program however, those kind of program really take up a lot of RAM and space.

If you do get a program just because you want one, I would suggest McAfee.

Sorry, to agree, but anything Norton except for Symantec Antivirus is horrible IMO.

As for your question, I'm not sure. If you are looking to extend the subscription without paying for it, you're not gonna find that info on here.

still nobody has answered my original question... (btw, i use norton because i like it...its maintenance free, its easy to put on my family members comps because they can learn to use it easily, and it got a very high rating in its review from PC magazine the past 2 years) i dont understand why there are so many norton haters here...stop flooding yer pc with viruses from porn and it works just fine

I usually like Norton products. But I'm not a fan of Norton Anti-Productivity Suite, as NIS is called at my office. The problem is the firewall; it's way too protective for the average user, and the Windows firewall works fine anyway. I'd switch to Norton SystemWorks; it has Norton Antivirus built in and it has some good maintenance tools as well.
