    So I am currently taking CEE and whey, which I am getting good results. What are some other supplements that I should be using that won't burn a huge hole in my pocket.

    Any reccomendations???

    Sorry to keep proding, but you now have me very intrigued. So I listened to the audio which helped, even though it was a little to technical for myself. So from my understanding this would help increase size and strength? Or just one or the other??

    Also are there any known side effects with taking this product at all?? Have you used it?? Results??

    leucine tells your body that it's ok to build new muscle tissue....and it's just an amino acid dude :hsugh: no side effects

    Thanks man I just picked some up :bigok: Like most things I order from BN i dont expect it to have any serving suggestions on the jar... What is recommended???
