    - pec fly machine thingy - 10 reps / 10 reps / 8 reps
    - bench press 8 reps / 8 reps / 6 reps (usualy struggling like fuck)
    - inclined bench press 8 reps / 8 reps / whatever i can do (pretty much dying here)
    - seated pec flys with cable thingy - 8 reps / 6 reps / whatever i can do

I have been doing low reps of higher weights and I have seen some increases in my max, but not so much in the definition of my chest. I was a 235 bench max, then I started doing sets of 185. And my max started to climb, now I am around a 265 bench max and my chest still looks about the same.

:ugh: a 30 lb 1rm increase really shouldn't make much of a difference in how you look. Are your triceps stronger though?

i'm no expert here but decline DB presses should hit the bottom of the pec a little harder, and maybe try some DB flies with your palms facing upwards (towards your head)
