    Hey guys I just had a few work out questions that are paobably common sense but I don't know the answers. What is the best protein bar to have? If I want bigger muscles do I do more weight and less reps? Is it good to eat before a workout? And If I want a more defined chest how often should I work it out?

    light weight, high reps = TONE
    heavy weight, low reps = MASS
    medium weight, medium reps = TONE & MASS FTW
