i started my routine 2 months ago, i have definately increased in size and strength, and i'm loving every minute at the gym.

question, i'm really fed up with my horrible endurance (cardio wise) and i really want to start hitting cardio for like 30 minutes a day after my workouts.

now, my main goal is to get bigger, im eating very proper for what im trying to do, and im wondering if me doing this said cardio for like 30 minutes a day, will slow my gains down because im burning more etc etc. or is it something an extra cheeseburger could take care of?

    thanks for any input

yes, if necessary you can make up for the calories you are burning during the cardio with more food.
