Noob question(best 5x5 program)

    Whats the best 5x5 program, ive googled it and stuff but id like to know what you guys prefer(those that have(or had) done it for a while)

    I didn't lift for a year. I started doing Rippetoe's Starting Strength an the end of December and I benfitting from noob gains like a motherfucker. Gained 10 lb's and all of my lifts went up like 60 lb's already. So yeah, rippetoe's starting strength isn't a 5x5 but it rules.

    Yep, in fact I believe 3x5 is for pure noobs and you graduate to 5x5. Or at least the 5x5 I know of (madcows) which starts incorporating whacky stuff
