I have been going to the gym for 2 weeks now and I think I have got my muscles accustomed to them being worked hard and not getting sore as hell afterwards. I have a left leg injury that prevents me from doing much lower body exercises till the doc says its ok. If someone knows of a site that will breakdown workouts for the week that would be great. I also have read all the noob stuff at the top and have been eating clean food . I am monitoring my diet with fitday. I am 6'1". 203lbs and 21 years old. I am off work for this injury to my leg and have lots of time to go to the gym so I just don't want to over do it. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
