noob *pic*

    whats up. i think this might be my first post in this forum. ive been around for about a year now, just never posted. thought id post up a pic and some numbers and see how im doin.

    this is the only pic ive got right now.

    only been workin out for about 2 yrs now. worked out for a year straight, had some real good gains, then went to navy bootcamp and lost a lot of it. now im finally back up to par with where i used to be.
    height- 5'11
    weight- 208

    incline bench- 100s for 6
    dips- 2 45s strapped on for 5
    db shoulder press- 80s for 8
    squats- 315 for 6
    deadlifts- 315 for 4 (just started doin em bout a month ago, so numbers are still pretty low)

    9:45 - mile and a half

    only problem is that i only get to eat like 3-4 meals a day.

    well then make your 3-4 meals bigger.

    so u run steady 3 min 15 second half miles?

    3:15 800 isn't that fast. nor is it for 2400m. i believe it, easy.

    and he could run a 2:30, 3:00, 3:30 and make it pretty easy.

    im in the navy and i live on the ship. they only serve 3 meals a day. i wasnt really complaining about not getting enough calories. was just wanting to see how my progress compares to the rest with only lifting for like a year and a half.
