    whats up brolys,

I've been eating like a beast the past few months, and stopped playing sports as much as i used to with school and interning. I'm 6' 192, and I know I can just lose like 15 pounds this month just from eating a cold cut for lunch instead of my usual grease jobs(example of grease job, 3 double cheeseburgers and a mcchicken). I know those 15 pounds are easy to take off cuz its water weight, but whats the best way for me to lose weight and shed off my newborn gut. I'm in no way a broly or thinking about being one just wanna keep lean.

So basically my plan is to just eat more meals in small portions throughout the day, hit the treadmill interchanging 13mph for 30 seconds and then 4mph till my heart rate goes back to normal for like 20 minutes(not really hiit, because i dont feel like collapsing when im done), 2-3 miles on bike and 1 mile on elliptical. continue my perfect pushups routine at night. Anyone have any advice to do anything else? should i even bother with protein shakes if im not lifting? or dieting tips? anythings appreciated. thanks

If you're still here after February we'll give you advice.

Its really not that easy. The more I read your post, the more this statement holds true.

that won't have the impact you're looking for.

Not all of that is water weight, MAYBE half if you're lucky.

diet and consistent exercise. Cardio work, start playing sports again, join a gym or by a nice treadmill or elliptical machine. Simple cardio should do, 30 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week.

Why? what meals are you thinking about eating? Thats more important right now.

wtf is that? 30 minutes with your HR at 130bpm is fine.

wtf is a perfect pushup? concentrate on one thing at a time, you dont want to start doing 15 different things and get disinterested by February. Get your diet in check FIRST and do the cardio lightly. There is no race to the finish line. Do it right first, do it once.

I take a full load of engineering classes and work 20-30 hours a week. Sometimes more. Yesterday I put in 14hrs and still got some cardio again. What's your excuse again?

bro, no need for such hostility. i already said that was the only time i wasnt feeling lazy, i didnt make an excuse. im a relatively fit guy throughout the year, fit enough to dunk a basketball and run full courts. its just i start slobbing off every thanksgiving until the end of the year and want new ways to shed off/get fit. i guess i'll just stick to my normal methods(which i think sucks, hence the advice thread) where i do lose the amount of weight needed within 2 months. and just upgrade my diet from reading the nutrition edu.

    squats and deadlifts man

You do have to stop the double cheeseburgers. It's one thing to eat like timber, but if you just want to drop 15, cutting out fried shit and burgers will do it with time. If you want to do it fast, squats and deadlifts with your grilled chicken Caesar salad.
