I've tried searching but came up with nothing.

I am having a problem with spots in my pictures.

The camera is a Sony DSC-T1, settings have not been touched(this is my first digital camera, and I'm a total noob to photography). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That was my first thought, I tried cleaning it and still had some spots in other pics.

    Thanks, they are great dogs!

are they always in the same spot? If you take two pics of the same thing at different zooms will the spot move?

  7. is it maybe something with the lighting?

Is the spot still there if you use a different lense? Clean all glass and the camera and see if you still get the spot.

Try movie mode, is the spot still there on movie mode?

if the spot is in the same place = dust\
if it isn't, you're getting some type of lens flare

    Thanks for all the suggesions.

It is in different places in different pics, I just cleaned the lens and took some more with no spots. It really only seems to happen when I use it indoors.

It looks like flash reflecting off dust in the air or something like that. :dunno:
