Non-Weight Exercises?

    I'm still fairly new to working out, and right now I'm slightly strapped for cash, and haven't been in a gym for about 3 months. I want to start back off slowly, and would like to go with no weights for right now.. just using my body for resistance.

    Anyone have any good links or thoughts on the subject?

    My non weight stuff includes dips, and pushups, incline decline and normall. Just put your hands/ feet on a bed or something and this can be done easily. I also do sitouts but I'm not gonna try to explain how to do those with text
