Searching provided no answers, so I'll post:

I need 6" hook-and-loop backed foam polish and wax pads. Unfortunately, the sis-in-law wants it done ASAP and would rather not wait for something to be shipped. So that rules out the online retailers.

I've looked at a couple parts stores' websites, but haven't found anything; are these pads available anywhere in real life, and not the internet?

You should be able to find a local Meguiars professional products distributor in Atlanta. They have some great 6.5" foam pads.

www.meguiars.com and find the pro distributor locator they have.
